Dr. Qaissi went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated his care and attention. I’m looking forward to the surgery and feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. Highly recommended!

I’m sad to post this but I was referred to Dr Allegreti to get a referral for a CT neck soft tissue scan. I go in the office and they conducted a nasal endoscopy which I did not request and took 3 minutes tops. They made it seem like standard procedure. All of this to then get a referral from him for a ct scan. Well I was billed $480 weeks later after insurance . Never got the ct scan bc of other blood work required in order to get the scan and this charge. It’s awful! I wish they would have explained that the simple procedure was going to cost. I would have declined. I have not scheduled my scan bc now I am dealing with this bill and my health unfortunately taken the back seat for now. I am stuck trying to figure out this billing situation. Long story short: went in for a referral and a 3 minute procedure that I did not request is now costing me $480 They need to be transparent about these costs before having patients do any procedure

The doctor here has been great with explaining everything and taking care of the massive cyst taking up all of my left side nasal passage.

I had a reconstruction surgery, fibula free flap. I had a large cyst removed and replaced with fibula bone. My bite is still aligned perfectly and I can eat any food I want.

Very negative experience with the way this office is run. The doctor was lovely, but I never waiting less than 45 min for my appointment despite arriving on time for all 3 times I went in, scheduling was a nightmare, and they tried to bill me $1000+ for a 5 minute appointment because they forgot to update my insurance. Will not be returning.
